Ingredients
1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen) |
1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen) |
2 frozen bananas, chopped |
1/2 cup rolled Oats |
1 cup Liddells Lactose Free 99% Fat Free Low Fat Milk |
2 x 140g tubs Liddells Lactose Free Strawberry Yoghurt |
Handful fresh raspberries to garnish |
Directions
Add all ingredients to the blender.Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and top with some extra raspberries.
Serve immediately.
