Ingredients
2 x 140g tubs Liddells Lactose Free Plain Yoghurt |
1 cup fresh coriander leaves |
juice and zest of 1 lime |
sea salt and freshly ground pepper to season |
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
Directions
Combine yoghurt, coriander, lime, salt and pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth.With the motor running, slowly add in the olive oil.
Taste and adjust seasoning if required.
Refrigerate until use.
