Liddells lactose free Bircher

Ingredients

¼ cup quinoa flakes
¼ cup buckwheat
¼ cup pepitas
¼ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup flaked coconut
½ cup Liddells Lactose Free Plain Yogurt
½ cup Liddells Lactose Free Full Cream Milk
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs flaxseeds
Juice of one orange
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp honey (optional)

Directions

Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Place into the fridge overnight to set.

In the morning, divide the bircher into two bowls and top with your choice of fresh fruit. We used blueberries and a strawberry coulee here, but banana and peanut butter would be delicious combo too!

Serve into jars or containers for a breakfast on the go!
