Ingredients
¼ cup rolled oats |
1 mango cheek, chopped |
1 tablespoon chopped nuts, such as almonds, walnuts or cashews |
2 tsp chia seeds |
¼ tsp grated ginger |
½ cup Liddells Lactose Free Milk |
1 tablespoon of Liddells Lactose Free Yoghurt |
Directions
Combine all ingredients apart from the milk and plain yoghurt in a container or jar.Add Liddells Lactose Free milk and combine ingredients, then add Liddells Lactose Free plain yoghurt on top.
Place lid on and seal the container/jar and leave overnight in your refrigerator.
