Mexican Cheese Dip

Ingredients

250g Liddells Lactose Free Cheese, grated
1 roasted red pepper, seeded and finely diced
1 long green chilli, seeded and finely diced
1 tsp chilli powder
250g Liddells Lactose Free Spreadable Cream Cheese
½ red onion, finely diced
fresh coriander sprigs to garnish
corn chips to serve

Directions

Place a bowl over a pot of simmering water, add grated cheese and allow to melt.

Add pepper, chilli, chilli powder and stir to combine.

Add cream cheese and onion. Allow to melt and stir to combine.

Pour into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander.

Serve warm with corn chips to dip.
