Ingredients
1 cup blueberries |
2 cups Kale leaves |
1 Tbsp minced ginger |
1 cup mint leaves |
1 Apple, cored and chopped |
1 Tbsp Chia seeds |
½ cup Liddells Lactose Free Full Cream Milk |
2 x 140g tubs Liddells Lactose Free Plain Yoghurt |
Directions
Add all ingredients to the blender.Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and top with some extra blueberries and mint.
Serve immediately.
